Stein 5 Year Small Batch Bourbon, $44.50

Stein Distillery released the 1st Made-in-Oregon Bourbon, rivaling those of the American South. Stein’s Bourbon meets the nose with a whiff of honey and covers the palate with soft orange, ending with a toffee finish. Stein’s Bourbon is soothing straight or a perfect complement to an Old Fashioned, Boulevardier, or the iconic Mint Julep.

Stein 5 Year Straight Rye Whiskey, $44.50

Stein’s assertively flavored Rye Whiskey is perfect served neat, as well as a fine addition to classic cocktails such as the Manhattan, Sazerac, and Ward 8. Upon first taste, spice and caramel flavors weave over the palate with the sip finishing with a distinctive ping.

Silent Pool Gin, $49.50

24 botanicals carefully chosen for their uniqueness. All the botanicals work together in unison to afford a romantic, complex flavor. Fresh floral and clarifying citrus notes are grounded by earthy and spicy cassia bark. The smooth finish is achieved with the help of local honey. Refreshingly individual, intricately realised gin in 43% ABV. Recommended serve is with a generous handful of ice, a dash of tonic, and a twist of orange peel to garnish.

Del Professore Classico Bianco, $28.50

The vermouth is made from a Moscato-based wine from the Langhe, which is fortified with alcohol and aromatized with more than a dozen herbs and spices. The result is a golden, amber vermouth with distinct aromas and flavors, ranging from honey and chamomile to the flowering plant gentian and wormwood. It is one of very few types of vermouth on the market made solely from wine and ingredients produced in-house. Quaglia insists that this ensures the intensity and authenticity of the aromas within the vermouth, as they oversee the whole process from grape and herbs to the finished product.

Exudes aromas at once smokey, spicy, earthy and herbal.  The supple texture of the alcohol balances its heat, and underlying bitter aromas counter the sugars present. The result is a harmonious elixir that is both refreshing and complex.

Hudson Maple Cask Rye Whiskey, $49.50

Tuthilltown Spirits sends used Hudson Whiskey barrels to Woods Syrup, a maple syrup producer in Vermont that ages syrup in the barrels, decants them, then sends them back to Tuthilltown. At that point they finish off a small selection of rye in the used casks. The result is a sultry, slightly decadent spirit that never loses its rye character.
