  • Michter's Toasted Barrel Finish Rye Whiskey, $77.50: Following years of research on different barrel finishes for Rye, Michter's has released this barrel strength US 1 Kentucky Straight Rye aged for an additional period in a second custom barrel. This second barrel is assembled from 24 month air dried wood and then toasted but not charred.  Enhanced spice notes with delicate chocolate overtones balanced by some vanilla and honey, hints of roasted nuts and dates, with a lingering finish of burnt brown sugar reminiscent of crème brûlée complemented by some smokey campfire highlights.
  • Elmer T Lee Single Barrel, $39.50: Once readily available, now rarely spotted in the wild. This Single Barrel whiskey was named for the man who spent 36 years as the Master Distiller at Buffalo Trace. It continues to be hand selected and bottled to the taste and standards of Elmer T. Lee. Perfectly balanced and rich, the nose brings notes of clove, vanilla, and old leather. The flavor balances fruit, honey and vanilla with a light spiciness. A long and warm finish.
  • Yamazaki 12 Year Single Malt Japanese Whisky, $84.5: Suntory's flagship single malt whisky, from Japan’s first and oldest malt distillery, multi-layered with fruit and Mizunara aromas. A sniff reveals peach, pineapple, grapefruit, clove, candied orange, and vanilla. Sipping adds coconut, cranberry, butter, sweet ginger, and cinnamon, wrapping up with a long and light finish.
