Surly Temple - Cocktail Recipe
The Surly Temple is our riff on the Shirley Temple (ginger and grenadine). With a touch more vim and vigor, we mean spice and vinegar, we imagine this is what Shirley drank when she grew up.
It is healthy enough to keep those New Year's resolutions (kombucha and ginger in one!), but flavorful enough you'll be making this all year round.

Surly Temple
- 1.5 oz spiced rum - Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum or Lemon Hart Blackpool Spiced Rum
- 1/2 a lime, fresh squeezed
- 1 teaspoon of grenadine
- Shake with ice, strain, top with 3-4 oz of GT's Gingerade Kombucha, give one last stir.
- Serve in a collins glass or any taller, narrower glass you have handy.
