Great Basin Bristlecone Pines are remarkable for their great age and ability to survive adverse growing conditions. In fact, it seems one secret to their longevity is the harsh desert stretching from Utah to California, in which most Bristlecone Pines grow. Dented Brick uses bristlecone tips in their grain-to-glass gin, paired alongside juniper, coriander seed, orange, and lemon peel, lavender, fennel, and Angelica root. An aromatic bouquet made for a classic martini.
Fermented and distilled in house from Cache Valley Red Winter Wheat and Pumpernickel Rye grown in Idaho Falls, ID. Dented Brick's custom pot still and distillation techniques provide a spirit that is perfect to macerate and render the oils and flavors from their hand-selected botanical ingredients.
