Maggie's Farm 50/50 Pineapple Rum

Maggie's 50/50 Pineapple Rum is made by macerating fresh pineapple meat in an imported aged rum, capture the fresh fruit flavor and sweetness. Then, they vapor distill their own white rum through pineapple barks to capture the natural oils. The two rums are combined in equal parts to capture the full essence of the tropical fruit with no added sugars or artificial ingredients.

Maggie's Farm spirits are made from turbinado from American cane fields, and fermented with Caribbean-derived yeast over long periods with a secondary high-ester fermentation, and distilled on copper pot stills. This creates a spirit fuller in body and flavor that falls somewhere between "heavy" Caribbean rums and those of the "Agricultural" style of the French West Indies.
