Maggie's Farm Single Barrel Rum

The Single Barrel Rum is aged exclusively in ex-rum barrels for a traditional finish while slow-proofed over a minimum of two years for further flavor development and ester retention resulting in a dry rum with notes of vanilla and caramel.

Maggie's Farm spirits are made from turbinado from American cane fields, and fermented with Caribbean-derived yeast over long periods with a secondary high-ester fermentation, and distilled on copper pot stills. This creates a spirit fuller in body and flavor that falls somewhere between "heavy" Caribbean rums and those of the "Agricultural" style of the French West Indies.
