The Jasmine is a modern classic that basically drinks like a cocktailed version of grapefruit juice. Think of it as the evolved and cultivated big sister to the Cosmo - the truly cosmopolitan Cosmo. This version is slightly less grapefruity than the classic, which calls for Campari. In it's place here is Brucato's Orchards Amaro, which has a deeper, fruitier, nuttier profile that puts the drink almost in Paper Plane territory - a little bit more mysterious and complex.
