For Widow Jane's latest "Vaults" release, master blender and distiller Lisa Wicker blended Indiana and Tennessee bourbons from 14 to 19 years and finished them in Missouri Ozark oak casks that have been air seasoned for three years. The result is a big and rich whiskey laden with notes of sweet tobacco, leather, vanilla, sarsaparilla, cinnamon, cocoa powder and a hint of seasoned oak campfire. Bottled at 49.5% abv without being chill-filtered.
