It's that time of year again! Though the distillery of Buffalo Trace needs to introduction, we would love to introduce you to our new special friend here. Store picks of Buffalo Trace are such a treasure, giving you a distinct barrel of their flagship bourbon at a fantastic value. While we love the standard bottling, single barrels just give you a chance to get a more specific, characterful take on that mellow, sweet, fruity profile that keeps us coming back. This year, we are thrilled to welcome back multiple size options as well, whether you want a standard bottle, just a taste at 375 ml, or you can get serious with a full 1.75 liters of pure buffalo.
This barrel has a sweet inviting nose of cherry cheesecake, brioche, milk chocolate, spearmint, orange creamsicle, and a hint of tart wild berries. On sipping, you'll find raspberry, Pillsbury orange rolls, chocolate covered cherries, frosted mini-wheat cereal, limestone minerality, and a light kissing of herbal tea. Bottled at 45% abv.
