For the Blanco Reserve, Padro enhances their base wine with zesty local Mediterranean citrus fruits. After several months of maceration, an aged white Mistela (sweet wine) is added which is kept especially for this vermouth. Sweet herbs such as gentian, star anise, lemon verbena, quina, and angelica. Intense yet well-balanced, and very complex. The only Padro vermouth that is not aged in barrels, but bottled immediately to ensure fresh, light vermouth.
