Pickwick Old Fashioned
In such a time when all is new and life moves more swiftly than a weary eye can bear, mayhaps it is not such a bad thing to be a bit Old Fashioned. To make a drink well and slowly, and to let oneself enjoy it just the same. To say to the gentlefolk who squak and cackle on about all the latest gobbledygook: “I’ll have mine with Pineapple Rum, in fact”. Cheers, and godspeed, old chaps.
- 2 oz Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Plantation Pineapple Rum
- 1/4 oz Liber Demerara Gum Syrup
- 2 dashes Australian Barrel Spice Bitters
Stir over ice and strain into cocktail glass, garnish with Pineapple Crisp.
