The Distiller's Proof edition is bottled at Richard Seale’s favored sipping proof, 92. Richard blends and bottles each 50 case batch separately. Each batch is unique, with the same goal, but showing the beauty of subtle difference that blending offers. A true small batch rum. The nose offers aromas of spicy oak, nuts, and cocoa, followed by a palate of caramel, toasted almond, clove, and drying oak. The finish is long, slightly spicy and with hints of coconut and tobacco.
