Alchemy Distillery is owned by husband and wife team Steven and Amy Bohner. The focus is high quality, small batch spirits made in Humboldt county from locally sourced grains, using all American made equipment.

Batch #51.33 is the first ever Boldt blend of different barrels.

Barrel #38- 100% Organic Bloody Butcher heritage red corn (aged 3.6 years)
Barrel #55- 100% Bloody Butcher (aged 2.5 years)
Barrel #60- 100% Organic Gazelle Rye grown by John LaBoyteux in Lake County (aged 2 years 1 month)

The age statement has to be that of the youngest spirit, so the bottle shows 2.1 years. But those older corns really come through! The mash was made with reverse osmosis water re-infused with select minerals, and the whiskey was proofed down with barrel-aged rainwater collected onsite. Whiskey is aged in two-year, air dried stave, char #3, 59 gallon barrel and bottled at 101 proof.
