Jim's thoughts are on the latest release of Cream of Kentucky... "The barrels of Cream of Kentucky continue to improve with age and every batch. The mellowness on the palate and the smoothness of the finish are noticeably enhanced relative to the previous batches. Batch 5 is the best release--so far. At this point, I’m confident the best is yet to come! Here are some of the flavor notes I picked up in Batch 5: freshly sliced green apple, chocolate-covered cherries, a hint of apricot, maple syrup, dark chocolate, fresh oak, and caramel apple.
