1792 High Rye Bourbon
Distilled from a majority corn mash bill, with rye as the secondary grain, and for this limited edition release using a much higher percentage of rye than most bourbons do. The spicy rye notes are complimented by years of aging in charred white oak barrels, whose caramelized sugars delicately balance with the peppery rye flavor. A perfect marriage of sweet vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, and rye.
