Alma de Agave's Extra Anejo is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave and is aged for 5 years in Canadian oak. The oak influence is readily apparent on the nose, with big woodsiness and caramel sweetness opening up the show. The palate is honeyed, with toasty cocoa notes and barrel spice leading to a cooked agave and caramel finish. Bottled at 40% abv.
