Meaning "Fortune" or "Luck" in Korean, Bok is a small production San Francisco Gin that uses Korean flavors to give a unique spin on the Juniper spirit. The blend of eleven botanicals includes black and white pepper, perilla, sesame, cucumber, ginger, kelp, lime peel, coriander, and mugwort. Korean Perilla Leaves add nutty, earthy, herbaceous flavors. Gochujang and Ginger kick up the spice. Dried Kelp rounds things out with rich salinity. Makes a fantastic and unique Martini, but also seems to be calling out for the Bloody Mary treatment. Bottled at 45% abv.
