Del Maguey Vida Puebla Mezcal

Del Maguey VIDA Puebla is a 40% ABV edition Single Village Mezcal made using artisanal methods in a state-of-the-art facility near the base of the volcano Popocatépetl. According to Del Maguey: This expression brings the heritage of Vida Clasico from San Luis del Rio, Oaxaca, to Axocopan, Puebla.

Ripe agaves from Puebla are roasted underground, naturally fermented, and double distilled in copper stills. Notes from the back label: Nose of bright fruit and florals with a soft texture, a hint of green herbs, poblano peppers and savory notes of roasted agave.
