This pure pot still rum from the Habitation Velier series hails from Worthy Park and their beloved Forsyths Double Retort Pot Still. Originally bottled in 2015, some more cases of it have turned up and made it to us at long last. Bottled at the classic rum proof of 151, this represents the highest proof bottling of Worthy Park rum available, with only 966 bottles produced. Being pot still Jamaican rum, unaged, and at such a high proof, you can probably predict how intense this stuff is. Not for the faint of heart, and certainly not to be sipped neat, it's big and wild stuff. Our recommendation? Put it in a dasher bottle to augment your next daiquiri.
