Haus Ginger Yuzu Aperitif
Based out of Healdsburg, CA, Haus is the brainchild of Helena Price Hambrecht, a Silicon Valley brand veteran, and winemaker Woody Hambrecht. Taking inspiration from European aperitivo and vermouth culture, Haus takes that tradition and gives it the sleek, modern treatment, with a focus on big juicy fruit flavors. The wine base is made from organically grown Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley Chardonnay that is naturally fermented, fortified with locally sourced grape spirit, and infused with fruits and botanicals, sourced locally when possible.
Zesty and aromatic, this apéritif puts a modern spin on ginger's ancient roots. Made with yuzu, ginger, Rooibos tea, and lemongrass, it's delicious on the rocks or with tonic. Bottled at 18% abv.
