Hotaling & Co (formerly Anchor Distilling) has been San Francisco’s leading distiller and importer of artisanal Spirits and Cocktail essentials ever since Prohibition. Naming their company after the local Gold Rush legend Anson P. Hotaling, a reformed gold miner who turned into the largest Liquor wholesaler on the West Coast.
In collaboration with one of California’s oldest Brandy producing families, Hotaling presents you with a truly rare jewel of an apple Brandy, produced from Californian apples and aged for 21 years in French oak. Less than 30 barrels of this were produced. Bottled at 44% ABV, you can expect an explosion of luscious apple, caramel, and apricot tastes, with notes of warm apple pie on the nose.
