This unique brandy comes from a collaboration between Kurt Charron of Chareau liqueur and the old Germain Robin distillery. Distilled in the spring of 2013 from 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested at the Roederer Estate in Anderson Valley, which were vinified as you would most red wines allowing malolactic fermentation to occur naturally. It was then double distilled in Germain Robin's alembic pot still and aged in French Oak barrels for five years. Bottled at 40% abv.
