After at least seven years of maturation the whiskey is bottled as single barrels without chill filtration at 100 proof. The nose offers scents of gingerbread cookie, vanilla, toasted oak, and caramel. On the palate, sweet flavors of caramel, vanilla, and toasted marshmallow are complimented by brown sugar, rich oak, and a hint of black pepper.
