The barley was malted on Kilchoman's own malting floor, smoked with peat from nearby Loch Gorm, and mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged in house. After at least nine years ageing in ex-bourbon casks, this 54 barrel blend was bottled without chill filtration or color added at 100 proof.
