In working out the formula for this special barrel rested gin, the folks at Martin Miller’s found that it needs precisely 9 months to tune up its flavour, endowing a little magic during that time resting in its oaky bed. Aged in the cold and gentle climate of Iceland, the profile is elegant and oaky. The juniper flavour is matched with a perfect balance of vanilla and citrus aromas. Creamy in the mouth with toasted oak in the finish. Bottled at 40% abv.
