Carmen Softpaws, our glamorous debut feline, has brought to us a sumptuous Mai Tai riff that sees smoky Highland Park in place of rum, orgeat syrup, lime, a touch of both grapefruit AND orange liqueur, and even a spoonful of rich marmalade to turn sumptuous into downright decadent. If this is a sign of what is to come from the kitty bartending world, we look forward to a future "OOPS... All Cats" calendar.
