The Painkiller is a bonafide tiki classic, taking those classic Piña Colada flavors of Coconut and Pineapple in a different, perhaps even more toothsome direction. This takes that idea and gives it the fancy old fashioned treatment - A split base of Pineapple and Coconut rums are sweetened with pineapple syrup and given a few dashes of spiced orange bitters to round it out.
