Regal Rogue Wild Rosé Vermouth

Regal Rogue hinges on emerging winemakers and native Australian aromatics sourced from Aboriginal farmers. The wine base brings each varietal to life, and by using an easy-drinking new world wine as the base, a semi-dry style is crafted with around 30% less sugar than traditional European vermouth. The packaging is brought to life through the use of recycled paper to minimize the impact on the environment.

The Wild Rosé Vermouth marries tropical fruit character and subtle spice notes, marrying a pale and dry Barossa Shiraz Rosé with illawara plums, rosella and strawberry gum, and rhubarb and kina. Regal Rogue follows a natural production process with no wood interaction and finishes semi-dry with a lingering after-taste. Perfect for making ‘Reverse classic’ cocktails where you use the vermouth as the leading ingredient, instead of the spirit, for a more rounded less punchy classic cocktail.
