Ron Zacapa Centenario XO Rum
A blend of rums of various ages between 6 and 25 years, aged in a variety of casks (including Oloroso, PX, and Cognac) in a system loosely inspired by the Spanish "solera" method. The rum is then sweetened before being bottled at 40% abv.
On the nose, it displays rich notes of toasted oak, burnt caramel, roasted nuts, marzipan and orange peel. Smooth and sweet on the palate, flavors of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and baking spice lead to hints of mango and ginger on the finish.
Boxes, canisters or tins are not included when shipped.
