A higher-strength variation on the Scapegrace recipe, made in New Zealand on a 19th century John Dore pot still. The gold version is made with the same 12 botanicals as the original, with the single addition of tangerine peel to make 13. The heart of the gin is a warming spice, with nutmeg, clove, and coriander standing out. Also present are bright citrus notes, orris root, and fennel. Bottled at 57% abv.
