After running out of whiskey for their Old Scout label a few years ago, Smooth Ambler's 99-Proof Old Scout high-rye bourbon is back for good. It is still blended in limited, hand-selected batches without chill-filtration, and enjoys the bold character an excellent bourbon should deliver. Mashbill is 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malt.
