Three Chord Whiskey Drummer is a small batch release from Neil Giraldo's Steel Bending Spirits brand Three Chord Whiskey. This exceptional bourbon was aged for 15 years in Kentucky and was bottled at barrel proof and non-chill filtered.
This bourbon is heavy on the pallet but surprisingly well balanced, considering its age. There is oak, but it’s not overpowering at all. Instead, notes of walnut, leather, smoke, vanilla, and allspice linger for an exceptionally long finish. Long-lasting notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, and black cherry.
