Träkál is made in Chile from 100% native, traditional Patagonian ingredients. The base distillate is made of a combination of crabapples and pears, making it seem at first like a brandy, but it is then redistilled with a variety of locally foraged botanicals, berries, and herbs, turning it in to a kind of Frankenstein brandy-gin hybrid that is absolutely stunning in cocktails of all kinds. Bottled at 42% abv.
