Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin is made with ten botanicals. In addition to the rhubarb and ginger, other botanicals include juniper, coriander, seed, cassia bark, orris root, angelica root, licorice, sweet orange, lemon, rhubarb, ginger.
Hints of juniper are prominent, followed by a noticeably sweet, fruity aroma. On the palate, it starts off with a bit of juniper and ginger spice, but after the initial heat fades away, the rhubarb flavor is unmistakable. There are also prominent notes of sweet orange and a hint of herbs.
