Aromas of herbal tea, citrus peel, caramel, mint, and cocoa lead to a lovely palate featuring lemon oil, mint, caramel, rye spice, cinnamon, clove, and a touch of dried fruit. The finish shows the extra age of this barrel with rye and baking spice giving way to cocoa, oak, and a bit of tobacco.
