Woodinville continues to be one of our favorite American whiskey producers, creating true grain-to-glass craft whiskey. The Moscatel finished bourbon begins with their lovely flagship whiskey made from 72% corn, 22% rye, and 6% malted barley and aged for at least five years. The bourbon is then finished in 10 year old Moscatel de Setubal pipes imported from Portugal before bottling at 100 proof. Finishing with Moscatel, a sweet sherry variety, lends decadent sweet fruit and floral notes to the already stellar Woodinville sweet and spicy profile.
