Yéyo Silver Tequila
The aroma still shows lots of citrus, lemon peel and orange zest, but there’s a soft floral note here, too, and traces of sweet, roasted agave. Citrus dominates on the palate with some initial lemony sweetness that quickly fades to herbs, wet grass, and just a touch of hearth smoke. The finish is clean with a reprise of that initial brightness and a lingering bit of sweet orange. This one is a friend to any Margarita or Paloma, but it also stands nicely on its own if you’re looking for a sipper. Maybe all tequila should be made with classical music.
