Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon Whiskey

Redwood Empire's flagship bourbon, Pipe Dream*, is a blend of whiskies that were distilled in Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and California resulting in a derived mash bill of 73% corn, 18% rye, 5% malted barley, and 4% wheat. The components were aged between four and fourteen years before bottling at 90 proof. Pipe Dream is a delicious example of a classic bourbon profile with flavors of maple, oak, vanilla, and caramel with a touch of spiced fruit.

*The whiskey is named for the Pipe Dream redwood tree, the 14th tallest tree on the planet, measuring 367 feet tall and estimated to be 1,340 years old. Located in California's Russian River Valley, Redwood Empire is committed to sustainability. For each bottle purchased, the company plants a tree.
