How do I join?
Create an account online, or leave your email with us when making a purchase in store.
I signed up in store — how do I access rewards online?
Create an online account using the same email address. After setting a password and verifying your email, you'll be able to redeem rewards, view your purchase history, start a wishlist, and participate in Points Auctions.
How do I earn points?
Earn 2 points per $1 on regular purchases, 4 points per $1 on club purchases, and 4 points per $1 during monthly bonus events. You'll also receive bonus points when you sign up and as a birthday gift each year.
You can also earn points by reviewing a past purchase (once per week) or by sharing your referral link with a friend who buys ($50 minimum purchase).
How do I redeem a discount?
Redeem 500 points for a 5% discount, or 1,500 points for a 10% discount. Online, apply your discount code at checkout. In store, just let us know before completing your purchase. Discounts cannot be combined.
Do points expire?
Points never expire as long as a purchase is made at least once every six months. If no purchase is made within that window, your points balance will be reset
What is a Points Auction?
Points Auctions give members a chance to bid on rare and allocated bottles using their reward points. The highest bidder wins the opportunity to purchase at MSRP. We created this system to make access to rare bottles transparent and fair — no secret lists, no lotteries, no inflated prices. Customers who shop with us regularly can build their points balance over time, giving everyone a genuine shot at winning.
What is popcorn bidding?
Popcorn bidding (also known as dynamic bidding) automatically extends an item's closing time if a bid is placed in the final moments of an auction. This prevents "bid sniping," which is the tactic of waiting until the very last second to win an item without giving anyone else a chance to counter.
We use this feature in our points auctions to ensure a fair experience for all participants. If a new bid is placed in the final 5 minutes of an auction, the end time will automatically extend by an additional 5 minutes. This process will continue to repeat until a full 5 minutes passes with no new bids, allowing everyone an equal opportunity to respond if they are outbid.
How are gift card points earned?
