When will my club run?
Clubs feature a new selection every quarter. New subscribers will be added at the next scheduled run. Visit each club's page to see the four months it's scheduled to ship.
Can I gift a club?
Absolutely! To gift a club, enter your details in the billing section and the recipient's details in the shipping section. Each club is announced one week before it runs, with full details on that quarter's selection and fulfillment timing
How much does the club cost?
Clubs are free to join with no membership fees. Each club has a listed price range and cap — members are charged for their selection each quarter, plus a shipping fee if applicable. Pricing is available on each club's page. Occasional adjustments may be made to ensure we can continue offering only the highest quality selections, and exact pricing is always included in each quarter's announcement.
Can I ship more items with my subscription?
Yes! When your club is announced, a shipping code will be activated in your account. Apply it at checkout to add items to your shipment at no extra shipping cost. The code is valid for the seven days leading up to fulfillment.

What if I want to skip a quarter?
No problem. After receiving the selection announcement, simply click the Skip button in the subscriptions section of your account — or reply to the announcement and let us know. Please note that three consecutive skips will result in the subscription being canceled.
How does the Club Shop work?
Active club members gain access to the Club Shop, a reserved section of our site featuring hard-to-stock items. Each quarter you participate earns one purchase credit, and you can hold up to three credits at a time.
