Oaxacan Daiquiri Cocktail Kit

Deepen the flavors of the daiquiri from both ends, starting with intense, juicy, and savory notes from Paranubes Rum, made from fresh cane juice in the Cloud Forests of Oaxaca, Mexico. Then instead of a simple syrup, balance the flavor bomb of the rum with an Oleo Saccharum, a traditional syrup made from soaking citrus peel in an excess of sugar, sucking out the oils from the peels into the sugar and creating a bright and richly flavored syrup that has been called for in punches since the 17th century.
