Yazi Ginger Vodka

Yazi Ginger Vodka is a 70-proof spirit distilled from Midwest grain and glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood. After the final distillation the vodka is infused with four varieties of ginger, lemon and orange peel, a touch of cayenne and red pepper, then lightly sweetened; no artificial flavors or colors are added. The result is a clean, wheat-based vodka with a bright, true-ginger aroma and a gentle, lingering heat that stays soft on the palate.

The bottle is screen-printed with a flame-colored dragon that glows under bar lights, making it easy to spot on a back bar. Pour it chilled for a spicy sip, top with ginger beer for an instant Moscow Mule, or swap it into a Cosmo or Margarita to add warm spice without extra syrup. 750 ml, 35 % ABV, distilled and bottled by Hood River Distillers, Oregon.
