This exceptional single cask bottling of Willett Family Estate Bourbon was aged for six years before bottling without chill filtration at a cask strength of 126.3 proof. Barrel #1693 was nicknamed "Time Bomb" by the good folks at Willett as a reference to its intense flavor and long, evolving finish. Look for robust notes of caramel, brown sugar, toasted nuts, vanilla, toasted oak, leather, and baking spice. Only 201 bottles were produced from this incredible barrel.
