Banhez Mexicano Mezcal Produced in Ejutla, Oaxaca, by Master Mezcalero Luis Pacheco, this mezcal is distilled from semi-wild Mexicano (Rhodocantha) agave which have matured from 6-10 years before harvesting. The copper pot distilled mezcal is bottled at 94 proof and provides light, sweet, and floral flavors including sweet pineapple, lemon zest, honeydew, minerality, and a touch of smoke. Shop →

Koch El Mezcal Tepeztate This lovely Tepeztate was made in the town of San Baltazar Guelavila in Oaxaca by Master Mezcalero Pedro Hernandez. The agave were harvested at 12-15 years of maturation and crushed with a horse-drawn roller mill. The nose offers aromas of aloe, grass, and fresh green herbs with some smoke and green pepper notes in the background. The palate features flavors of green pepper, mint, green tea, citrus, wet stone, and a touch of black pepper. Shop →

Koch El Mezcal Arroqueno Produced by Master Mezcalero Adrian Bautista in the Town of Rio de Ejutla in Oaxaca, this unique Arroqueno was distilled using a refrescadera* still. The nose opens with scents of wet stone and wood ash along with notes of citrus, green herbs, and roasted agave. The palate leans into sweetness with roasted agave, a touch of caramel, and stewed fruits giving way to minerality and a touch of smoke. Shop →

Calirosa Reposado Tequila Produced by the Real family at Tequila Selecto de Amatitan, Calirosa Reposado is made using the finest 100% blue agave and aged in prized red wine barrels for 9 months, which gives its beautifully bright taste and signature rosa glow. Herencia Mexicana Reposado Tequila Made at Destiladora La Roca in Amatitan, Jalisco, in the lowlands of the Tequila Valley. This is a wonderful middle ground repo - not too much oak, but also not just a blanco with a hint of color - it is decidedly a reposado, but one that respects its identity as an agave spirit. It maintains much of its younger, earthy-vegetal character while picking up some sharp pepper and spice as well as vanilla and body from the time spent in oak. Shop →

Doc Swinson's French Toasted Bourbon This limited edition from Doc Swinson's features a blend of MGP's high rye and higher rye bourbons which was initially matured for at least 5.5 years in new American oak before finishing in toasted new French Oak barrels for 1-3 months. The whiskey was then bottled without chill filtration at a cask strength of 110.6 proof. The unique cask finish leads to flavors of dark chocolate, stone fruit, toasted oak, vanilla, and clove. Doc Swinson's El Cuerpo — PX Sherry Cask Finish El Cuerpo is a limited release from Doc Swinson's that features a blend of Indiana-distilled MGP bourbons. The blend spent 5 years 10 months in heavily charred new American oak before finishing from 5 months to 1.5 years in ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The nose offers scents of old leather, black tea, plum, and cocoa. On the palate one may detect flavors of fig, plum, honey chai, and roasted nuts before an oaky, chocolatey finish. Shop →
