Produced in Ejutla, Oaxaca, by Master Mezcalero Luis Pacheco, this mezcal is distilled from semi-wild Mexicano (Rhodocantha) agave which have matured from 6-10 years before harvesting. The copper pot distilled mezcal is bottled at 94 proof and provides light, sweet, and floral flavors including sweet pineapple, lemon zest, honeydew, minerality, and a touch of smoke.
