wonderful concoction....I use it in a na negroni, or just on its own as a pleasant aperitif or alongside a coffee.

Tastes great but wish it didn’t contain food coloring.

Comes very close to tasting like compari. Love it with soda

Gifford Appertif Syrup, splash of orange or grapefruit, sparkling water. Garnish with an orange slice. My version of Compari spritz.
I bought two bottles, then turned around and bought four more. 😋

Pretty good Campari substitute but ideally should be more bitter. A little on the sweet side but then again, so is Campari...

Found a recipe for a Negroni mocktail which uses this. Excellent.

Simply add 2 to 3 oz to San Pellegrino on ice, add an orange twist. The best non-Negroni ever!

I’m trying to drink less alcohol, but I love a good Aperol spritz - this syrup is absolutely perfect. Even did a side by side test and you really can’t tell the difference. Love it!

Delicious! Although I saw on Giffard's site they don't have this anymore. Total bummer.

Good if not expecting Campari, but more caloric and more expensive than Stappi, which I shall continue to use.

I'm so glad I found this, the Negroni is one of my favorite cocktails, and now I can enjoy it as part of Dry January, and beyond. This really nails the bitterness, but also the flavor.

Flavor is ok, but pretty disappointing, especially given how much sugar is in the syrup. I’ve found that it takes more than 1 oz to impart a flavor similar to a liqueur substitute, and even still not great.

After seeing Giffard Syrup in the ingredient list for satisfying mocktails at two restaurants (one was Mentones in Aptos), I had to get some. It was hard to find! Kudos to Bitters Bottles for their amazing selection. It's great with tonic water, a mint leaf, and a little lime or cran juice.

I love Campari liqueur but am trying to cut down on alcohol. This is a great AF substitute! Love the flavor.

When all of the usual ingredient suspects are off limits, and you crave something a little more interesting than a simple Seedlip and soda (though those are nice too), this is a nice alternative for an N/A Mi-To.

I like it with soda and lemon (tastes just as good if not better than a Compari and soda). I'm also looking forward to trying other recipes.

This apertif syrup exceeded my expectations. I just mixed it with some seltzer water and a slice of orange and it totally worked as an NA spritz! Goodbye Campari and Aperol, I will be drinking this instead.

Aperitif Spritzer: 1shot fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1shot Giffards, ad 6 oz nonalcoholic malt beverage over crushed ice.

Great with club soda, mixes well with Seedlip Spice, also really enjoyed with Fever Tree Sparkling Grapefruit
