Larceny Barrel Proof Batch B525 Bourbon

The second of three annual Larceny Barrel Proof releases, batch B525 is distilled from a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley and aged from 6-8 years before bottling without chill filtration at a barrel strength of 117.4 proof. This one is all sweet dessert, with a nose of brown sugar, caramel, cinnamon, and toasted oak. The palate is rich and dessert-y as well, with notes of cinnamon, caramel, honey, brown sugar, and graham cracker. A long finish invites the next sip with lingering notes of brown sugar, leather, and tobacco.
