Clear Creek Apple Vodka

$34.50
Clear Creek is one of the oldest craft distilleries in the United States, this vodka is the first addition to its portfolio in nearly a decade. 100 percent fruit-based – it is fermented and distilled from apples grown in the Pacific Northwest – and cut to 80 proof with glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood, Oregon’s highest peak. While vodka is stylistically known to be neutral, Clear Creek’s apple base is evident immediately. The nose is closer to applejack, with a clear brandy-like character that offers notes of apple skins and white flowers. The palate displays a gentle sweetness lighting the way to flavors of salted caramel and applesauce.

A very unusual vodka, whose uniqueness can work to its advantage - even sitting in as a lighter substitute for apple brandy.
