The finish is medium length showing more of the mature bourbon character and barrel notes. Delicious neat or fantastic in a Oaxaca Old Fashioned!

We Selected a Bourbon Barrel: Through the Sazerac Barrel Select program, we carefully chose and purchased a single barrel of bourbon.
Boomerang Option Activated: Instead of bottling it right away, we chose the Boomerang path. Once emptied, our bourbon barrel was sent to Mexico.
Transformed into Aged Tequila: In Mexico, that same barrel was filled with Corazón Tequila and aged, infusing the tequila with mature bourbon character.
A Full-Circle Flavor Experience: After the aging process, we returned for a second tasting and selected the final tequila now available here in-store.
The result? A one-of-a-kind tequila born from our hand-selected bourbon barrel, a rare and exceptional spirit that tells a story from Kentucky to Mexico.
