Redwood Empire Pipe Dream 101 Proof Bourbon

A more rich and refined version of their flagship bourbon, Redwood Empire's Pipe Dream* 101 is made up of barrels aged from 5-15 years and features more of their own California-distilled grain-to-glass whiskey than its 90 proof counterpart. The blend ends up with a derived mash bill of 73% corn, 19% rye, 5% malted barley, and 3% wheat and is bottled at 101 proof. Rich notes of caramel apple, citrus, vanilla wafer, and chai spice are followed by a warming finish with baking spice and shortbread.
